My Mission
At SP AI Consultancy, my mission is to help solopreneurs and women-led businesses develop a confident and collaborative relationship with AI—leveraging technology not as a replacement, but as a partner in growth, efficiency, and creativity.
I believe AI should empower individuals, not overwhelm them, and that true innovation happens when we combine human insight with AI’s capabilities. Through practical consulting, hands-on coaching, and mindset development, I help business owners integrate AI in a way that feels intuitive, strategic, and aligned with their goals—so they can work smarter, adapt faster, and stay ahead in a rapidly evolving world.
I also run InMotion-Coaching, my wellness and mindset coaching practice — where much of my approach to growth, change, and adaptability began.
